While the Las Vegas experience may look a little different in the near term, it is still the vibrant destination travelers have come to know and love.
Committed to the health and safety of its guests and employees, MGM Resorts International has implemented a Seven-Point Safety Plan that includes everything from social distancing measures to new digital innovations.
Upon arrival to any MGM Resorts property, guests can now go straight to their rooms using their phones as a mobile key and bypassing the front desk altogether. This option minimizes interactions and allows guests to spend less time checking in and more time enjoying Las Vegas.
Throughout their stay, guests are encouraged to utilize their mobile devices to join virtual queues at restaurants and pools where they are notified when their space is ready. For those who prefer to dine in the comfort of their rooms, several restaurants within the MGM portfolio are now offering convenient mobile ordering where guests can order ahead and pick up at a designated location.
As guests explore their favorite MGM Resorts property, they will notice many new elements to ensure a safer, more comfortable experience including custom handwashing stations on the casino floors, plexiglass barriers at the front desk and at gaming tables, and spacing of tables throughout our food and beverage outlets. Additionally, amenity kits are placed in every guest room including two face masks and a bottle of hand sanitizer, to ensure guests can stay safe throughout their visit.
With these added health and safety protocols in place, guests will continue to enjoy their Las Vegas experience and create new memories for many years to come. After all, Vegas done safely is still Vegas!
